Louisa & Phil - Winter wonderland! Holdsworth House

Louisa & Phil had the most amazing wedding day near the end of December. It has been nicknamed 'the winter wonderland wedding' by the owners of Holdsworth House who were blown away by the photographs - as were Louisa & Phil when they got to see them!

This is a quote from the email Louisa sent straight after the wedding:

"Can we say first of all what a pleasure it was to have you as our photographer, some of my favourite moments from the wedding were when Phil and I were having our pictures taken by you, on our own in the snow! You made me feel especially like a model/princess/ VIP for the day! Thank you for adding to our special day - we CAN'T WAIT to see the photos!"

Here are a few of my Fave's from the day...

Louisa looked stunning as she prepared to leave for the church at Bradshaw...

Guests arrived well wrapped up as it was very chilly!

The girls were fab... and the colours just 'popped'!

Louisa looked like a movie star as she arrived with her father...

A little too much lip gloss on Phil after the first kiss!!

The quality of light was beautiful - I love how the colours of the couple and guests 'pop' against the white snow...

Love it - just a hint of movement in this spontaneous shot!!

We made a little detour and took some amazing photos in the snow - it took about 5 minutes flat! Louisa has said these were some of her fave's and this one ended up on the front cover of the album...

Mulled wine on arrival... perfect!

Everyone did so well and really got into the spirit of having a fun time...

And then... boys will be boys... no winter wedding is complete without a snowball fight!

In the evening during the meal it started to snow again - it was simply beautiful.

Once again you cannot have too much fun in the snow...

...and finally everyone warms up on the dance floor...
